- My practice focuses on corporate, finance and business transactions with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, entertainment, contracts and project finance. I practiced for several years at major law firms in Brazil and the US advising domestic and international clients on, among other things, corporate, merger and acquisitions and antitrust matters, including the negotiation and preparation of all relevant filings and documentation in connection with the foregoing. Experienced, versatile and motivated professional with practical success both domestically and abroad, I have unique skills to advance companies’ business interests.
